Ingredients

Working Method

Base
  1. Cream butter and sugars, than add the eggs slowly and mix till emulsified
  2. Add all dry ingredients and mix till just combined, adding Softgrain last
  3. Chill pastry for easier handling

Method
  1. Roll dough into a log and refrigerate, once cold cut into slices (10g)
  2. Place on baking paper
  3. Bake at 170°C in a deck oven for 14 minutes
