Working Method

Muffin
  • Pour the complete mix in a bowl
  • Add water, eggs and oil
  • Mix all together for 1 minute at SLOW speed first then 4 more minutes at MEDIUM speed using a paddle
  • Cooking time depend of size and type of cake and oven
  • For about 100g batter, bake for about 27-30 min at 155C in conv oven or 190C in deck oven.

Decoration Winter Variant
Dip the bottom of the muffin into the melted Belcolade chocolate.

ASSEMBLING

In a cube mould, pipe 80 gr of batter. Add some Smoobees on top and bake.
