Usage rate / Recipe
1000g Tegral Satin Muffin Mix
225g Water
360g Eggs
300g Oil
Application / Method
- Pour the complete mix in a bowl
- Add water, eggs and oil
- Mix all together for 1 minute at SLOW speed first then 4 more minutes at MEDIUM speed using a paddle
- Cooking time depend of size and type of cake and oven
- For about 100g batter, bake for about 27-30 min at 155C in conv oven or 190C in dec oven
